An (un)finished place

Another day, another discovery. We got lost, we saw light, we went in.
At first, you are not really sure if it is even a restaurant, there is a tiny menu taped on the wall and a note that they don’t accept cash yet (the nearest cash point is about 10 minutes walk, FYI). The kitchen/dining area is divided with plastic bags and they are using wooden square cutouts as substitutes for plates. I enjoyed the conversation between La Maman and the waitress:
“I guess you haven’t finished to decorate the place yet?
– No, it’s finished
– I see, so you must have opened recently?
– No, we have been here for 8 months now.”
What you see is what you get with this place, but the price is good and the food delicious. Big salads and large thin crust pizzas, perfect for sharing and enjoying yourself without piling on the pounds!
